Issue downloading updates on v1.1.3i

Note to users: some users currently on version 1.1.3i (version is in the first line written to VoiceLog) are experiencing issues downloading to the latest release.

If you are on v1.1.3i and the application "hangs" after saying it is downloading updates, please follow these steps:

- Go to Task Manager, Details tab

- Terminate any EDCoPilot.exe or EDCoPilotGUI2.exe processes that are running

- Download the latest version of the executable from here :

- Save the new EDCoPilot.exe in your EDCoPilot folder, overwriting the current version

- Restart EDCoPilot. You should now be on a later version (1.1.3m).
